José María Baños is the founding Partner of LETSLAW and a multidisciplinary lawyer specialized in corporate law, procedural law, IT law and e-commerce, Intellectual Property and data protection. Degree in Law at University Complutense of Madrid and Master’s Degree in New Technologies Law at Comillas Pontifical University in Madrid.
Member of the Expert Committee for the Resolution of Domain Conflicts appointed by Adigital. He has the APEP Certification Privacy as a Legal Consultant, which was provided by the Spanish Professional Association of Privacy (APEP).
Likewise, he is member of several associations: DENAE (Spanish Association of Entertainment Law), Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Spain, Swedish Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and professor of various programs at ICEMD – ESIC and Antonio de Nebrija University.
