Pablo Gomez heads the Innovation Lab at Bankia, where startups and Bankia teams can experiment emerging technologies and new business models. Pablo has held a variety of senior management positions for the last 15 years in Spain and abroad, detecting opportunities for growth on emerging and mature environments, including several startups as well as transformational roles at large established companies like Telefonica, Sanitas, Homeserve and now Bankia. Pablo holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a PDD from IESE Business School.

Bankia is one of the largest financial institutions in Spain, serving about seven million customers in all segments: individuals, small and medium businesses, large corporations and public and private institutions.
