Carlos Ticó CEO eEvidence

He graduated in Marketing and Business Management, and has participated in different conferences focused on communications management through new technologies. He has worked as a professor for the Masters in Digital Marketing program of the ESCI-UPF.
With a proven track record as an entrepreneur, he started out in the telecommunications and Internet sector in 1994, when he got an opportunity to work in the United States.
After his return to Spain and as a result of firsthand experience with the abundance of opportunities for new technologies, he decided to start a web design company.
In 1997, he founded the first on-demand marketplace for computer components in Spain. Three years later—in 2000—he came up with SerenaMail, a cloud-based e-mail solution for advanced communications and e-mail security management.
In 2010, a friend—his current business partner—posed a challenge: Would it be possible to generate proof of delivery for something sent via e-mail with the date on which it was sent? This challenge led to the birth of eEvidence two years later, after developing its own method.

Can you prove to have complied with your obligation to inform?
The Consumer Credit and Data Protection Regulations are crystal clear on the information obligations that financial service companies must meet to ensure that consumer rights are safeguarded. When it comes to pre-contractual information and to notices regarding credit termination and debt collection, eEvidence protects creditors against future disputes and penalty fees by supplying legal evidence of their email communications to effectively prove to have met with their obligations.
