1.Inclusion of personal data in THE EWORLD TEAM, S.L.’s files
Pursuant to that set forth in Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “LOPD”, its initials in Spanish), you are hereby informed that all of the personal data Users provide through the website accessible through the domain name www.efintechshow.com and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as “the website”) will be included and processed in the files owned by THE EWORLD TEAM, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “eWorld”) for the following purposes: to make it possible to provide services requested by Users, and to keep them informed, including by electronic means, about the products and services of EWORLD, which may also send Users information about products and services from third parties in the textile, fashion, leisure and events, sport, food and drink, beauty and personal care, telecommunications, finance, insurance, travel, property, construction, training, consumer goods, motor, security, energy and water industries and NGOs. If you do not wish to receive these kinds of communications, you can state it by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. Participation in Trade fair and events. As you provide your details to attend an exhibition/event organized by The eWorld Team SL, the user allows The Ewold Team SL the access to share the data to other sponsored companies to the event with the purposed to send media communications related to its products and services. The User can check the list of companies enrolled in the website or at the exhibition’s catalogue before its final sign up.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection envisaged in the LOPD by writing to THE EWORLD TEAM, S.L at Rambla de Catalunya, núm. 124, 4º 2ª, C.P. 08008, Barcelona; or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In both cases, the User in question must attach a copy of their ID card, passport or other valid document identifying them.
